Lauren Malhoit

Lauren Malhoit has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Lauren is currently the Director of Technical Marketing and Growth at BlueCat, where they have been instrumental in reshaping the company's go-to-market strategies and establishing a new domain focused on reaching users with a bottoms-up approach. Prior to BlueCat, they were Head of Growth and Product Marketing at Men&Mice, where they played a pivotal role in achieving unprecedented growth and implementing a Product-Led Growth strategy. Before that, they worked at Juniper Networks as a Sr Marketing Manager, where they contributed to revenue growth and trained sellers and partners globally. Lauren also gained experience at Cisco as an Engineering Technologist and Co-Host of TechwiseTV, and as a Technical Marketing and Evangelism specialist. Lauren started their career at Network Storage, Inc., Iasta, Pomeroy IT Solutions, Tyler Technologies, Superlative Technologies, and TekSystems, where they held various roles in network engineering, system administration, and computer support.

Lauren Malhoit obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computational Mathematics from Hillsdale College in 2003. Lauren went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Butler University - Lacy School of Business from 2023 to 2025. Additionally, they hold certifications including Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer: Security (MCSE), and VMware Certified Professional 5 - Data Center Virtualization (VCP5-DCV).
