Oleksandra Drost-Yehorova

Oleksandra Drost-Yehorova has over 10 years of work experience in various legal and compliance roles. Oleksandra is currently working as an IT Security Compliancy Specialist at BlueConic, starting in June 2022. Prior to that, they were an Information Security Officer at Master Of Code Global from July 2020 to May 2022.

Before joining Master Of Code Global, Oleksandra worked at ZEO Alliance as a Senior Legal Advisor from March 2015 to May 2020. In this role, they provided IT and legal advising on information security and license structures, and drafted and reviewed contracts. Oleksandra also worked as a Senior Legal Advisor & Billing Manager at FigLeaf App from July 2018 to April 2020, and at Novnify Limited (d/b/a StopAd) from September 2017 to July 2018.

Oleksandra's previous experience includes roles at ESSENTWARE (d/b/a PCKeeper) from July 2015 to September 2017, and Kromtech (d/b/a MacKeeper) from June 2015 to December 2015, both as a Legal Advisor & Billing Manager. Oleksandra also worked as a Legal Counsel at Utair Group / UTAIR Ukraine from April 2013 to November 2014, and as a Legal Intern at Legal Company "EKSIMP" from February 2013 to April 2013. Oleksandra began their career as a Paralegal at Unitrade Group from May 2012 to August 2012, where they were involved in legal entity registration and other registration actions.

Oleksandra Drost-Yehorova completed their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Ukrainian State University of Finance and International Trade between 2008 and 2012. Oleksandra then pursued a Master of Laws (LLM) in Business/Commerce Law from Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics (KNUTE) from 2012 to 2013.

In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications. In 2018, they completed the Training Course "Reviewing and Negotiating Technology Transfer and Licensing Agreements" offered by Falconbury Ltd. In 2019, they participated in the Training Course "Swiss Corporate Tax reform and its impact on international Business" and the Training Course "Structuring business through Cyprus and Luxembourg, taking into account changes in the tax legislation of Ukraine and the EU," both offered by KPMG Ukraine. In 2020, they took the Course "Privacy Law and Data Protection" at the University of Pennsylvania and the Course "International Security Management" at Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam. Most recently, they obtained the ISO 27001 Lead Auditor training from M/S OSS CERTIFICATION SERVICES PVT. LTD. in September 2021.
