Mark Doane

Sr. Director, Client Care Operations at BlueCrest

Mark Doane has a strong background in managing and developing client care operations. Mark started their career at Sony as a Business Development Manager and worked there for over 20 years. Mark then moved to LG Electronics as a Director of Customer Service for a year. Following that, they joined Pitney Bowes as a WW Business Support Manager and later became the Director of Business Support, responsible for the global service parts operation. During their tenure at Pitney Bowes, they successfully implemented inventory reduction initiatives. Currently, Mark is working at BlueCrest as the Sr. Director of Client Care Operations, leading process improvement initiatives and managing a global client care call center, service contract management, and service PMO team.

Mark Doane attended DeVry University, where they studied Electrical/Electronics Maintenance and Repair Technology. The exact dates of their education are not provided.
