Carolyn Rose Miller

Carolyn Rose Miller is an experienced professional in instructional design and training, currently serving as a Senior Instructional Design Consultant at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee since May 2006. Carolyn has held multiple roles within the organization, including Performance Improvement Analyst/Instructional Designer and IT Business Analyst, contributing to the planning, design, and delivery of education and training solutions. Additionally, Carolyn is active in Toastmasters District 63 as a Project Manager and has extensive experience in public speaking and leadership within the organization. Prior to BlueCross BlueShield, Carolyn worked as a Sr. Technical Training Specialist at Mohawk Industries and held various training roles, including IT Response Center Associate at Shaw Industries and Desktop & Technical Trainer at New Horizons Computer Learning Center. Carolyn holds a degree from Anchorage Community College.
