Dilip Kumar Madasu

Dilip Kumar Madasu has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Dilip Kumar started their career at Cognizant, where they worked as a System Analyst and Quality Assurance Analyst for clients such as Blue Care Network and Excellus Health Plan. During this time, they were responsible for transforming requirements into system use case documents, maintaining requirement traceability matrix, and performing quality assurance activities.

In 2015, Dilip joined Infosys Public Services and worked as a Business Analyst for Blue Shield of California. Their responsibilities included providing production support, preparing business requirement documents, and performing impact analysis and regression analysis.

In 2016, Dilip worked as a Research Assistant at the University of North Texas, where they performed data retrieval and reporting tasks using Microsoft Access and created automation frameworks using Selenium.

Dilip then joined Syntel in 2017 and held the role of Product Owner. Dilip Kumar worked on various projects, including being the product manager for a component team in the revenue engine and acting as the scrum master for the member module. Dilip Kumar also refined features with the team and created reusable ETL mapplets in Informatica.

Currently, Dilip is working at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee as a Principal Product Owner.

Dilip Kumar Madasu pursued a Master's Degree in Information Science from the University of North Texas during the period of 2016-2017.
