Dr. Mark F. Perry completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biomedical Engineering and Materials Science Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University in 1994. Mark F. went on to earn their Medical Doctor (M.D.) degree from Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons in 1998. From 1998 to 2001, Dr. Perry pursued a Residency in Pediatrics at The Babies' and Children's Hospital of New York, which is affiliated with Columbia University.

Dr. Perry has additional certifications including being a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics since 2001. Mark F. obtained their DEA certification from the United States DEA in 2000, their NYS License from the New York State in 1999, and became Board Certified in Pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics (ABP) in 2012.
