Kristen Norman

Kristen Norman is currently the Director of Innovation at bluedog. Prior to this role, Kristen worked at Conagra Brands as an Innovation Manager and at Thanasi Foods as a Project Management Lead. Kristen also has experience as an Innovation Consultant at Viva Natural Consulting and as the VP of Product Development at Global Family Farms. Kristen co-founded Bench Busters and owned White Light Pilates Studio. Kristen holds a B.A. with Highest Distinction Honors from the University of California, Berkeley and completed a Marketing Week Mini MBA with Mark Ritson.
