Robin Page Norman

Robin Page-Norman has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Starting in 1996, they worked at TERC as a Senior HR Generalist and Benefits Manager for over 22 years. In 2018, they transitioned to Bluedot, where they initially served as the Director of People Operations, responsible for managing HR operations across multiple offices. They were later promoted to the role of VP of People Operations, where they led and managed all HR and business operations for the company. In 2021, Robin founded their own consulting group, PageHRConsulting, serving as an Advisor.

Robin Page-Norman attended Endicott College, where they obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Business. Following that, they attended Salem State University, where they studied Business. In terms of additional certifications, Robin obtained the designation of SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) in May 2023 from SHRM. They also became a member of the Forbes Human Resources Council in November 2021.
