Cifi Lynette Caldwell

Lynette Caldwell, CIFI, currently serves as a Senior Investigator in the Special Investigations Unit at Bluefire Insurance, a position held since April 2021. With extensive experience in the insurance industry since 1989, Lynette has held various roles including Property & Casualty Claims Manager at Public Storage and Senior Investigator at multiple companies such as ICW Group, Liberty Mutual Insurance, and Fireman's Fund Insurance Company. Throughout the career, Lynette has focused on investigating complex multi-line claims, managing insurance claims processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies. Lynette is an active member of IASIU, having served as a chapter CFO, while holding a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication from California State University, Long Beach.
