Caio Fiuza

Caio Fiuza is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and management, currently serving as COO and Partner at Stone since July 2017 and as a Partner at Bluefit Academia since November 2016. Fiuza is also the Founder and Partner at Sintesi Strategy and Management and IEG - Instituto de Engenharia de Gestão, both established in 2015 and 2008 respectively. Previously, Fiuza held the position of CEO at Ton from August 2019 to August 2021 and was the Founder and Managing Partner at Visagio from December 2002 to June 2015. Fiuza earned a Master’s degree in Operations Research from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, attended from 2003 to 2005, and completed an undergraduate degree at the same institution between 1998 and 2002.
