Mary Whenman Chart.PR FCIPR, MPRCA is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in strategic communications and reputation management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Group Communications at the British Business Bank since January 2018, Mary advises the Bank’s leadership team and leads a multi-award winning communications team. Previous roles include significant leadership positions at Inmarsat, Callcredit Information Group, Weber Shandwick, and Grayling. Additionally, Mary holds various governance and advisory roles at educational institutions, including Governor at The Hawthorns School and Chair of the Development Committee at Caterham School, where efforts focus on promoting educational access through bursary funding.
