Cindy Lawrence Mba

Cindy Lawrence has extensive experience in finance and accounting. Cindy started their career as an Audit Senior at Arthur Andersen, where they worked from 1990 to 1993. After that, they worked as a General Ledger Accountant at Camping World and Good Sam from 1993 to 1996. Cindy then joined Western Kentucky University as an Assistant Internal Auditor from 1996 to 1999. After that, they worked at Employers Risk Services as a Controller from 1999 to 2000.

In 2000, Cindy became the CFO of Scott Waste Services, LLC, where they designed and implemented financial and administrative processes, managed all accounting functions, and led the acquisition of three local hauling companies. During their time at Waste Connections, Inc. (which acquired Scott Waste Services, LLC), they held various positions, including District Controller and Division Controller. In these roles, they were responsible for financial projections, designing internal control systems, managing billing systems, and designing pricing strategies.

Since 2016, Cindy has been working as the Chief Financial Officer at Bluegrass Supply Chain Services. In this role, they are part of the Senior Leadership Team and provides oversight and strategy for the organization. Cindy also supervises the accounting team and provides financial analysis for capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations.

Cindy Lawrence completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting from Western Kentucky University in the years 1986 to 1990. Following this, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Accounting from the same university, which they completed in the years 1997 to 1998.
