Amy Svendsen

Amy (Eason) Svendsen has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Amy is currently the Director of Incentive Compensation at Bluegreen Vacations, a position they have held since November 2020. Prior to that, they worked at POE Group, Inc. as an Executive & Sales Compensation Consultant from March 2016 to November 2020. Amy also held the role of Incentive Administration Manager at Disney Vacation Club from February 2013 to May 2015. Before that, they worked at The Walt Disney Company as a Compensation Consultant for the Disney Vacation Club and as an Executive Compensation Analyst. Amy started their career at McDonald's Corporation as an Executive Compensation Project Coordinator from September 2008 to September 2010. Amy's early work experience includes working in Entertainment at Walt Disney World from January 2006 to August 2008.

Amy (Eason) Svendsen attended Texas McCombs School of Business from 2003 to 2007. During their time there, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on International Business, Marketing, and French. In 2007, Amy also attended ESCP Business School, where they studied International Marketing and Management.
