Diana Horodecki

Diana Horodecki, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Diana has held senior leadership positions in IT governance and performance management. At Bluegreen Vacations, Diana served as the Senior Director and Director of IT Governance, responsible for financial management, risk and compliance, and technology procurement. Prior to that, they were the Senior Manager of IT Performance Management, leading financial management and project management efforts. Before transitioning to IT, Diana worked as an Owner/Office Manager at PowerServe Electric Inc, where they handled administrative duties. Diana also gained experience in financial and budgetary analysis as the Manager of Professional Services Administration & Finance at Campus Management. In addition, Diana has experience in public relations and project coordination for infrastructure projects. Diana Horodecki, PMP, holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Brock University. In addition, they have obtained various certifications including PMP from Project Management Institute in 2018, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from Project Management Academy in 2019, ITIL Release, Control and Validation from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2016, and ITIL Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2014. Furthermore, they are currently pursuing the Women's Leadership Program from Executive Education at the Yale School of Management, with an expected completion date in 2023.
