Hala Dandash, PMP, MSHRD, currently serves as Director of Learning & Development at Bluegreen Vacations, where leadership development and resort operations training are key responsibilities. With previous experience as Manager of Learning and Development at Travel + Leisure Co. and Learning & Development Training Manager at Wyndham Destinations, Hala has consistently focused on enhancing talent development strategies and improving onboarding processes. Hala's career began with roles in instructional design and admissions at Pearson and reservations at Peabody Hotels, demonstrating a longstanding commitment to developing others and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Hala holds a Master’s degree in Organizational and Human Resource Development from Abilene Christian University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida.
