Lauren Martenfeld

Lauren Martenfeld is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and sales coordination with extensive experience in the hospitality and vacation sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Bluegreen Vacations since October 2016, Lauren has successfully led recruitment efforts for various roles, resulting in 80 external hires and over 50 internal promotions in 2023, while also contributing to the staffing of five new resorts with a 95% staffing ratio. Prior roles include positions at CSI DMC, Sonesta Hotels, and B Ocean Fort Lauderdale, where Lauren developed strong expertise in sales coordination and marketing. Lauren holds a degree in Marketing from the University of Central Florida.
