Shawn Jones

Shawn Jones has a range of experience in marketing and leadership roles in the vacation and leisure industry.

Starting in 2015, Shawn worked at Diamond Resorts™ as the Regional Director of Marketing, where they successfully led a record-setting team and generated over 3,000 qualified guests within a year. Shawn also served as the Events Director for the West Business Unit, where they revamped marketing processes and achieved significant success. Shawn also had the role of Regional OPC Director for the Hawaiian Islands, where they turned around operations and implemented new programs for employee retention and success.

In 2020, Shawn joined Beach Boss LLC as a Managing Member, leading the start-up and successful operations of the marketing company focused on delivering excellent guest experiences and satisfaction in Virginia Beach.

Most recently, in 2021, Shawn joined Bluegreen Vacations as the Regional Marketing Director. No end date is provided for this role.
