Nicholas Lassalle

Nicholas Lassalle, SHRM SCP, currently serves as the Director of Total Rewards at AV since May 2025, where responsibilities include aligning compensation and benefits with business goals, leading HR initiatives during mergers and acquisitions, and designing global reward programs. Prior to this role, Nicholas was the Human Resources Director at BlueHalo and held several HR management positions at KBR, Inc., ManTech, and VSE Corporation, focusing on talent management, employee relations, and HR policy development. Nicholas began a career in HR at the University of Maryland, earning an M.S. in HR Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
