Jesus Rodica

Jesus Rodica is an experienced technical support and customer service professional with a strong background in web hosting and customer relations. Currently serving as a Technical Support Representative at DreamHost and a Product Specialist at ConvertKit since November 2021 and January 2021, respectively. Additionally, Jesus holds a position as a Technical Support Specialist at Bluehost since November 2019. Previous experience includes serving as a Technical Support Specialist at GoDaddy from January 2016 to June 2019, and as a Customer Service Representative at Concentrix for a travel account from February 2011 to July 2015.
