Ena Kumar

Ena Kumar is currently the Vice President of Commercial Lending at BlueHub Capital, where Ena focuses on financing for charter school facilities and affordable housing. With a background in underwriting charter school facility investments nationally at Local Initiatives Support Corporation and experience in underwriting NMTC allocations and leverage loans at Nonprofit Finance Fund, Ena brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. Prior to their current role, Ena also worked as an Analyst/Project Manager at Two9Three Consulting and a Business Banking Specialist at City National Bank of New Jersey. Ena holds a Master's degree in City & Regional Planning from Rutgers University and a Bachelor's degree from Northwestern University.
