Senior Manager Of Commercial And SMB Customer Success at BlueJeans

Ethan Douglas has a diverse work experience history. Ethan started their career in 2007 as a Campus Manager at The Campus Special and worked there until 2009. Ethan then joined Interfolio, Inc. in 2009 as a Customer Support Associate before transitioning into a role as a Client Success Manager from 2012 to 2014. In 2015, they joined BlueJeans by Verizon as a Customer Success Manager and held that position until 2018. Ethan was then promoted to the role of Sr. Enterprise Customer Success Manager and held that position until 2021. From 2020 to 2021, Ethan served as the Interim Director of Enterprise Customer Success at BlueJeans by Verizon. As of June 2021, Ethan currently holds the position of Senior Manager of Commercial and SMB Customer Success at BlueJeans by Verizon.

Ethan Douglas completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International/Global Studies from the University of Oregon between 2004 and 2008. During their time at the University of Oregon, they also had the opportunity to study abroad at the Universitat de Barcelona in 2007, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Spanish and International Studies for one year. In 2003, Ethan attended the San Francisco Art Institute, where they participated in a Summer Program focusing on Cinematography and Film/Video Production. Later, in 2014, they enrolled in the City College of San Francisco for a Post Bac program in Chemistry, which they are currently pursuing.
