Ben Sullivan

Ben Sullivan has worked in various roles in the business industry. Ben began their career in 2015 as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company. Ben then moved up to Engagement Manager at the same company in 2020. Currently, they are the Director of Business Operations at Blueland, a role they have held since 2021. In this role, they are responsible for Supply Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Fulfillment operations across all sales channels, and is constantly implementing solutions to improve profitability, reduce operational risk, and improve the customer experience.

Ben Sullivan attended the Georgia Institute of Technology from 2010 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Materials Science and Engineering. Ben then attended the Denning Technology & Management Program from 2012 to 2014, where they earned a Minor in Engineering & Business. In 2018, they completed their Master of Business Administration - MBA from Harvard Business School.
