Bryan Beltrán

Bryan Beltrán has a strong background in software development, with experience in various roles and companies. Recently, they worked as a Senior Software Developer at Bluelight Consulting, focusing on DevOps and software development projects. Prior to that, they worked at intive as a Ruby on Rails Developer, where they were involved in a real estate project, migrating legacy code to newer technologies such as React.

At BairesDev, Bryan worked as a Ruby on Rails Engineer, where they were responsible for a monolithic RoR app that acted as both a web app and an API. Bryan also integrated external data sources and utilized elasticsearch for faster data retrieval.

Before that, they worked at Blue Coding LLC as a Web Applications Developer, developing WordPress plugins for medical appointments and working on RoR projects for various clients. Bryan also utilized AWS EC2 servers for staging and production environments.

Bryan also gained experience at Thomas Cook as an ASP.NET Full Stack Developer, where they migrated a REST .NET Core API to .NET Framework 6. Bryan then worked at Iberostar as an ASP.NET Full Stack Developer, creating and maintaining a monolithic API and consuming a legacy REST API.

Earlier in their career, Bryan worked as a developer at Koko in the Tropics and as a freelance web developer. Bryan also gained experience at Pixel Perfect Tree as a Junior Ruby on Rails developer, working on PHP and Ruby on Rails projects.

Bryan Beltrán attended the Instituto Tecnológico de Las Américas from 2013 to 2016, where they pursued a Tecnicatura degree in Tecnología/Técnico de software informático. In 2017, they briefly attended the Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo, studying Software Engineering in the field of Information Technology.
