Previously, Fabio held the position of winemaker at FrescobaldiVini from April 2021 to June 2023. Fabio's career includes roles as a cellar hand and pruner at Château de Sours and several other wine companies, demonstrating a strong foundation in various aspects of winemaking and vineyard management. Academic credentials include a master's degree in viticulture and oenology from Hochschule Geisenheim University and a master’s degree in viticulture, oenology, and the wine market from Università degli Studi di Udine, following a bachelor's degree in viticulture and oenology from Università degli Studi di Firenze.
