Helen Shanahan

Helen Shanahan has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Helen currently holds the position of Director, Compensation, Mobility, and People Analytics at Blueprint Medicines since January 2024. Prior to that, they worked at Blueprint Medicines as an Associate Director of Compensation and Mobility from January 2023 to December 2023, and as a Senior Manager of Compensation and Mobility from August 2021 to December 2022. Before joining Blueprint Medicines, Helen worked as a Compensation Consultant at Foundation Medicine from March 2021 to August 2021, and as a Senior Compensation Analyst from October 2019 to March 2021. Helen also worked at Radford as an Associate Consultant of Compensation from July 2018 to October 2019, and at the City of Ithaca Human Resources Department as a Human Resources Intern from September 2017 to May 2018. Helen Shanahan has obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics and Mathematics from University College Cork. Helen has also earned certifications as a Smartsheet Product Certified User from Smartsheet and as a Microsoft Excel Specialist from Microsoft.
