Janet Loesberg

Janet Loesberg has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Janet is currently a Board Member at Ambrx, a clinical stage biotech company. Janet also serves as the Chair of the Compensation Committee and a Member of the Audit Committee. Prior to their role at Ambrx, they worked as the Senior Vice President of Global Medical Affairs at Blueprint Medicines, where they provided leadership and strategic direction for various medical functions.

Janet Loesberg also founded The Loesberg Group, where they provided leadership coaching and medical affairs consulting services. Janet has held various leadership positions at Bristol-Myers Squibb, including Vice President roles in different regions and head of global medical capabilities and strategic operations. During their time at Bristol-Myers Squibb, they achieved significant growth in revenue and played a key role in transforming the organization.

Before joining Bristol-Myers Squibb, Janet Loesberg worked at Pfizer, where they served as the Head of US Regional Medical & Research Specialists.
