Saul Ramirez

Saul Ramirez possesses extensive experience in government relations, community development, and business advisory roles. Currently serving in various capacities, Ramirez functions as the Government & Business Relations lead at Petra Development, Co-Founder and Advisor at Spokesman Coffee, and holds advisory board positions with the Capital One Community Renewal Fund and AFL-CIO Building America Fund. Previous leadership roles include President of GlobalReconnrct TerraCom, where efforts focused on enhancing digital communication access in underserved areas, and CEO of NAHRO, overseeing operations related to affordable housing and community development. Earlier career positions include Deputy Secretary and Assistant Secretary for Community Planning and Development at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, and Partner, President of Saber Insurance, which provided risk management services in Texas and Mexico. Ramirez's educational background includes the USF&G School of Insurance.
