Raymond Buck

Raymond Buck has a long history of work experience in the technical support industry. Raymond began their career in 1994 as Senior Technical Operations Manager at NTN Canada Inc, where they were responsible for managing the internal and external Customer Support Team and Special Events Division for the North American Equipment repair facility and RMA equipment deployment. In 2007, they moved to Global Interactive Events as Technical Operations Manager. Finally, they joined Blueprint Software Systems in 2010, where they have since held the roles of Director, Technical Support, Manager Technical Support, and Technical Support Engineer Team Lead.

Raymond Buck completed their education history with a diploma from Devry Institute of Technology in 1994, where they studied Electronic Engineering Technician in the field of Electronics Technology/Technician. Prior to that, they attended Mohawk College Hamilton On from 1983 to 1985, studying Automobile/Automotive Mechanics Technology/Technician. Raymond began their educational journey at Preston High School.
