Skylar Barrett

Skylar Barrett is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in consulting solutions delivery and leadership development. Since November 2017, Skylar has served as the Director of Consulting Solutions Delivery at Blueprint Technologies, following roles as Delivery Manager and Engagement Manager. In 2021, Skylar founded Mustard Seed Faith Investments, offering leadership coaching and publishing the "Lets-Talk-Leadership" newsletter and the book "A Blueprint for the Day, Starting it God's Way." Prior to these roles, Skylar spent over seven years at Boeing in various procurement and finance positions, including Procurement Lead and Vice President of Finance in a leadership development program. Skylar's early career included positions at Nordstrom and startup opportunities at Campus Tags and Underground Elephant. Skylar holds a Master's degree in Management from Seattle Pacific University and an Executive Certificate in Global Negotiation from Thunderbird School of Global Management, among other educational qualifications.
