Susan Hibbard

Susan Hibbard, Ph.D. has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of learning science, psychometrics, assessment, and evaluation. Susan is currently serving as the Senior Director of Learning Science & Psychometrics at Blueprint Test Prep since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Duke University as a Consulting Assistant Professor and then as the Director of Assessment & Evaluation, Assistant Professor from 2017 to 2022.

Before joining Duke University, Susan served as the Director of Effectiveness & Accountability at Florida SouthWestern State College from 2012 to 2016. Susan also worked as an Assistant Professor of Research & Evaluation at Florida Gulf Coast University from 2008 to 2012.

Susan began their career at the University of South Florida as a Research Associate in the Department of Measurement & Research, where they worked from 2006 to 2010. Susan also served as a Graduate Assistant in the same department during the same period.

Susan Hibbard, Ph.D. obtained a Professional Certificate in Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance from North Carolina State University in 2021. Susan earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Measurement and Evaluation from the University of South Florida between 2006 and 2010. In 2005, they completed a Master of Science (M.S.) in Education at Niagara University. Susan Hibbard began their education journey by obtaining a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Chemistry from the University at Buffalo in 2004.
