Lauren Maranto

Lauren Maranto has a diverse work experience with various roles in different companies. Starting in 2012, they worked at Vertek Solutions, Inc., initially as a Vendor Management Coordinator, then later as a Corporate Operations Manager and eventually as a Director of Corporate Operations. In these roles, they focused on optimizing back-office functions, conducting budget reviews, and aligning strategic goals with Human Resources. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at Amedisys as an HR Project Manager, where they led system solutions to improve the employee onboarding process and managed employee survey program enhancements. Most recently, they joined Blueprint Title in 2021 as an Operations Manager, where they collaborated with stakeholders to transform business processes and applied lean process methodology to improve efficiency and scalability. Lauren then became the Director of Business Optimization, leading a team of analysts and engineers to optimize development processes and successfully deliver a product release meeting regulatory requirements.

Lauren Maranto received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management and Psychology from Auburn University in the years 2008 to 2012. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications including Google Project Management and Product Ideation, Design, and Management Specialization from Coursera, Notary Public from the State of Tennessee in 2021, Introduction to Coding from SheCodes Workshops in 2020, and Professional in Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute in 2014.
