Erica Schaffel has a wealth of experience in sales and marketing roles. Erica began their career in 2008 as a Residential Youth Counselor at New Dominion School, providing individual and group therapy. In 2010, they were the Masada Program Director at Camp Sabra, overseeing the oldest age group in camp and leading a two week outdoor adventure trip. In 2011, they joined WizeHive as an Account Executive and quickly rose to the role of Director of Sales. During their time at WizeHive, they uncovered a new sales process/strategy that unlocked exponential growth. In 2014, they joined ChargeItSpot as VP Sales, working closely with the CEO to design and operate a GTM strategy that resulted in exponential growth and Series A funding. In 2015, they joined InfoReady Corporation as Director of Sales and Marketing, leading GTM strategy for their flagship product and experiencing exponential YoY growth. In 2017, they joined PIXO VR as VP Sales, defining a strategy to sell Enterprise Virtual Reality Training. In 2019, they joined Modern Sales Pros as a Member, an invite-only peer learning community focused on sales management, sales operations, and sales enablement roles. In 2020, they joined Women in Revenue as a Member and Oncue as VP of Sales, achieving >3X growth in one year. In 2022, they joined Blueprint as Head of Sales.

Erica Schaffel earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland between 2004 and 2008.
