Kamina A. Puckett is an accomplished culinary and food service professional with extensive experience in management roles within the restaurant industry. Currently serving as Assistant General Manager for Blueridge Restaurant Group since June 2016, Kamina has previously held managerial positions at Copper Canyon Grill and Stanford Grill. Significant achievements include establishing a partnership with Postmates that resulted in a 17% sales increase and developing an organized storeroom system.
