Richard Whitaker

Richard Whitaker has a diverse work experience in various human resources roles. Richard is currently working as an Associate Director of People Operations at BlueRock Therapeutics since 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Corporate Director of HR Total Rewards at TriMark USA from 2018 to 2021 and Corporate Manager of Human Resources from 2009 to 2018. Earlier in their career, Richard served as Human Resources Manager at The Bridge Center from 2007 to 2009, where they created HR policies and advised the Executive Director. Richard also worked as a Human Resources Manager at Work 'n Gear from 2002 to 2007, leading the establishment of HR and Payroll departments and implementing various benefit plans. Richard's experience also includes working as a Human Resources Manager at Casual Male Retail Group from 1991 to 2002, where they managed employee relations, conducted counseling, and provided training to supervisors.

Richard Whitaker holds a BA in Communications from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts.
