Laurie Ruan

Laurie Ruan has a strong background in human resources and compensation and benefits management. Laurie started their career as a C&B Specialist at Shanghai Dow in 1995 and worked there until 2007. Following that, they joined Ansto Testing Limited as a C&B Manager from 2007 to 2008. Laurie then joined DKSH as a C&B Manager in 2008 and stayed until 2011, when they joined BlueScope as the VP HR Remuneration & Lysaght China.

Laurie Ruan earned a bachelor's degree in Food Science from Shanghai Normal University, graduating from 1989 to 1993.
