Job Summary: 

As a Salesforce Systems Integrator and Consulting Summit partner, we help large enterprise clients with their digital transformation on the Salesforce platform. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our multi-talented and multi-national Salesforce team and deliver robust solutions for challenging problems.

Developers thrive on new challenges. And you own it, whether it’s dev, apps, systems or product innovation. It’s a pressurised role, but you’ll take ownership, show initiative, think strategically and juggle multiple projects like a talent show contestant.

This role is responsible for custom development, enhancing and maintaining application software, websites and application databases as well as driving efficiency throughout complex digital projects. It’s a fast and flexible dev team that requires a proactive and responsive approach.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform for customers to support critical business functions and meet project object requirements and company goals.
  • Manage daily support and maintenance of customer Salesforce instances, and conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements.
  • Communicate with project managers, clients and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment.
  • Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives, and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully.
  • Interact directly with clients, managers and end users as necessary to analyse project objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces, customized applications and interactions with internal Salesforce instances.
  • Provide system administration support of internal and customer Salesforce environments, especially related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects and workflow.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to upskill and develop junior team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science
  • Minimum work experience: 4 years of professional Salesforce application development
  • Self-motivated and creative
  • Proficient with Apex, VisualForce, Lightning, SOAP, REST, SOQL,JavaScript and HTML
  • 3 completed Salesforce Certifications
