Nic Peña

Nic Peña has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment and management. They started their career at IDR, Inc. in 2013 as an IT Recruiter and quickly progressed to Senior IT Recruiter. They then worked as an Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, and finally as a Branch Manager. In 2020, they joined BlueSky Resource Solutions as a Market Director and later advanced to the role of Senior Director. Currently, they serve as the Vice President at BlueSky Resource Solutions.

Nic Peña attended Oklahoma State University from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.
