Colleen Sexton Lynch

Colleen Sexton Lynch has extensive experience in various roles related to compliance and legal affairs. Colleen is currently Vice President of Acquiring and Card Compliance at BlueSnap, starting in February 2022. Prior to this, Colleen worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston from 2013 to 2022, where they held positions such as Manager of Consumer Compliance and Risk Manager of Mergers and Acquisitions. From 2008 to 2013, they worked at T.K Keith Company, Inc. as Manager of Corporate Compliance & Security/General Counsel. Colleen also served as Managing Director of Compliance at Automated Compliance Solutions LLC from 2007 to 2008. Earlier in their career, they were an Attorney at Cohen & Fierman, LLP from 1999 to 2004, and a Staff Attorney at the Federal Trade Commission from 1991 to 1999. Colleen began their career as a Mutual Fund Accountant at State Street Bank in 1987.

Colleen Sexton Lynch holds a Juris Doctorate degree from Boston College Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Stonehill College. Colleen also studied at the University of Madrid.
