Bill Krolczyk

Bill Krolczyk has a comprehensive work experience in the field of IT. Bill started their career at Orchard Brands as a Desktop Support Tech Tier 2 in 2005 and continued in the same position at Blair Corporation from 2005 to 2014. In 2014, they joined Bluestem Brands, Inc. as a Senior Systems Engineer, where they provided technical support and troubleshooting for infrastructure components. Bill also developed and implemented PCI hardening standards and documentation standards for processes. In addition, Bill coordinated cross-team initiatives, deployed and administered cloud services, and worked with automation and CI/CD pipeline tools. Bill also designed and administered multiple VMware vSphere environments and supported various virtual machines and hosts. Throughout their career, Bill has demonstrated expertise in backup administration, storage administration, and data center migration to the cloud.

Bill Krolczyk obtained an Associate's degree in Network and System Administration/Administrator from Tri-State Business Institute from 2003 to 2005. Bill also received an Associate's degree in Data Modeling/Warehousing and Database Administration from the same institute during the same period. Additionally, they earned several certifications from Microsoft, including MCSE1: Windows 2000 in December 2004, MCDBA: Microsoft SQL Server 2000 in June 2004, MCSA1: Windows 2000 in April 2004, and MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional in February 2004.
