Todd Kottke is a results-driven leader with extensive experience in financial systems and shared services. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Shared Services at Bluestem Brands since April 2007, Todd has a proven track record of guiding high-performing teams and implementing strategic initiatives that enhance business success. Todd's previous roles include Director of Financial Systems at Bluestem Brands, where leadership of a $5 million project for a new Financial/ERP system was a key achievement, and Sr. Manager of Planning & Analysis at MoneyGram. Additional experience spans managerial and consultancy positions at Metris, Deloitte & Touche, and US Bank. Educational credentials include an MBA in Finance from the UMN Carlson School of Management and a BA in Finance and Accounting from the University of St. Thomas.
