Martin Kedbäck

Martin Kedbäck has an extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Martin is currently the Head of Business Transformation at Bluestep Bank since April 2023. Prior to this, Martin held the position of Tech Strategy Lead - CTO Office at Swedbank from December 2021 to April 2023.

From 2019 to 2021, Martin worked at AniCura as the Group Customer Experience Manager. Before that, they had a long tenure at Swedbank, where they served as the Chief Product Owner, Channel Owner for assisted channels, and Head of operational support at different times between 2013 and 2019.

Martin also worked at SKF as a Service Integration Manager (2012-2013) and at Ebba Petterssons as an English and music teacher (2002-2006). Martin started their career at Aspect Software as a Systems Specialist from 1998 to 2002.

Martin Kedbäck pursued their education in Systems Science and Theory at City, University of London, earning a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree from 1996 to 1998. Later, they returned to City, University of London, from 2005 to 2008, to pursue a Bcs (Hons) degree in System Science.
