Esteban Aguel

Esteban Aguel has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries and roles. Esteban is currently serving as the Chief of Staff at BlueVine since January 2022. Prior to this, they were a Co-Founder at a mission-driven upskilling platform from June 2021 to November 2021. In 2020, Esteban worked as a Stanford GMIX Fellow at Technisys and also as a Manager Strategy Operations at Farmer's Business Network, where they played a key role in driving growth and implementation of new strategies. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at Aura as a Senior Manager, Partner Management, contributing to company growth through strategic management of key retail and online partners. Prior to that, Esteban gained consulting experience at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) where they worked as a Consultant and Associate, focusing on financial services and consumer goods industries. Esteban also has experience as a Special Projects Officer at Thaneakea Phum (TPC) during their time as a Princeton in Asia Fellow. Esteban began their career as a Summer Analyst at J.P. Morgan, CNH, and Consejo Privado de Competitividad, Colombia.

Esteban Aguel pursued their education at various institutions, starting with Colegio Nueva Granada, where they obtained their High School Diploma and Bachillerato Colombiano from 2005 to 2009. Following this, they enrolled at Princeton University from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Recently, Esteban attended the Stanford University Graduate School of Business from 2019 to 2021, where they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
