Janet Koether

Janet Koether is the current Vice President of People at BlueVine. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Performance and Talent Management at Tangoe from April 2019 to April 2022. In this role, they managed the Talent function for a 2000-employee global company and was responsible for key talent initiatives including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Learning, Culture & Engagement, and Inclusion.
