Kimberly M. has held various roles in different companies since 2013. Kimberly began their career at GameStop as an Assistant Store Manager, where they were responsible for day-to-day store operations, inventory management, personnel training and scheduling, marketing and merchandising, and maintaining and exceeding sales metrics and goals. In 2017, they moved to USAA to become an Insurance Agent, where they were responsible for eligibility and onboarding new members, servicing accounts, and providing personal lines insurance products tailored to the needs of the member. In 2018, Kimberly M. took on the role of Human Resources Intern at BASIS.ed. In 2019, they joined SpyFu as a Customer Success Representative, where they were responsible for frontline communication with users via chat, email, and phone, account management in a SaaS capacity, providing technical support and instruction in SEO, PPC realm, bug reporting, ticketing, and QA. Most recently, in 2022, Kimberly M. joined BlueVolt as a Tier 2 Product Support and Tier 1 Product Support.

Kimberly M. attended Scottsdale Community College from 2017 to 2021, earning an Associate of Arts - AA in General Studies. Kimberly then attended Arizona State University from 2021 to 2025, earning a Bachelor of Science - BS in Astronomical and Planetary Sciences, Biological Sciences, and Physics. In 2022, Kimberly M. obtained a Leadership in Action certification from Phi Sigma Pi National Honor Fraternity.
