Nik de Nijs

Nik de Nijs is a Project Engineer at Bluewater Energy Services, a position held since April 2014. Nik began with the design engineering of an Arctic Loading Tower and subsequently supported the construction site in Abu Dhabi for 11 months before joining the Commissioning team to facilitate the installation for first oil in December 2015. Prior experience includes serving as a concept design engineer at SBM Offshore from November 2008 to March 2011 and as a structural design engineer at Bluewater from 2002 to 2006. Nik holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from HTS, completed between 1973 and 1978.
