Victor Pope

Victor Pope has been working as a GCCS-J/Agile Client COP Manager at BlueWater Federal Solutions since December 2016. Prior to that, Victor held the position of GCCS COP at CACI International Inc from September 2012 to November 2016. Victor also served as an Operations Specialist in the United States Navy from September 1992 to October 2012. Victor pursued their education at the University of Maryland Global Campus from 2011 to 2013.
