Fred Novak

Fred Novak has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the consulting and IT industry. Fred most recently served as Vice President of Strategic Consulting at Bluewater, where they provided consulting services for learning and talent management systems. Prior to that, they were the Director of Strategic Consulting at Bluewater, where they helped clients select, implement, and operate learning and talent management systems. Fred also has experience as an Owner and Principal Learning Consultant at Consilium Business Services, LLC. Fred has held leadership positions at Media Defined, McAfee, Harbinger/Peregrine/Inovis, MCI Systemhouse/Worldcom/EDS, Fritz Companies, Unisys, and Texas Instruments. At Unisys, Fred successfully managed a large IT consulting engagement with an international freight logistics firm. Fred Novak earned their Associate of Science degree in Computer Science from Penn State, Beaver between 1974 and 1976. Fred then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Robert Morris University, completing it from 1976 to 1978. Later, Fred pursued higher education and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Management from the University of Dallas between 1986 and 1989.
