Lisa Garcia

Lisa Garcia began their work experience in 2010 at MINCO, Inc. where they held the position of Human Resources and HSE Manager until 2019. In 2019, they joined Bluewater - Transforming Learning and Talent Technology as a Human Resources Generalist. Lisa quickly progressed through the ranks, serving as Director of Human Resources from 2020 to 2021, Senior Director of Business Services in 2021, and currently holds the position of Vice President of Business Services starting in 2022. Bluewater is a consulting partner for learning and talent management, specializing in the implementation and optimization of learning and talent management systems.

Lisa Garcia has a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources & Development from Texas A&M University. Lisa also holds a Master's degree in Management from Texas A&M University-Commerce, which they completed in 2014.
