Rosie Bielefeldt

Rosie Bielefeldt currently serves as the Deli and Kitchen Manager at Bluff Country Co-op since January 2020, showcasing extensive experience in food service management. Previously, Rosie held the role of Food and Nutrition Services Supervisor at Gale-Ettrick-Trempealeau School District, where responsibilities included meal preparation and staff supervision. Additionally, Rosie has an extensive background in music, serving as the Lead Vocalist, Violinist, and Keyboardist for the band ME & ROSIE B since 2001. Rosie also excelled in sales roles, including as Inside Sales Account Manager at Breads From Anna and Marian Heath Greeting Cards, demonstrating strong business acumen and customer service skills. Rosie’s education includes a Health Unit Coordinator certificate from Western Wisconsin Technical College and studies at UW-LaCrosse and Viterbo University.
