Tracy Walling

Tracy Walling, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at Bluffton Township Fire District since July 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Regional HR Business Partner at System Administrative Services and Human Resources Director at The Cypress of Hilton Head Island, as well as multiple HR Director positions at Park Springs Communities. Tracy's career in HR also encompasses tenures as HR Manager at Shepherd Center and AFC Worldwide Express, and an HR Generalist role at ADP Total Source. An early career internship took place at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Science in Vocational and Career Development from Georgia State University and a college preparatory degree from Union Catholic Regional High School.
